Pastor Matt and his wife, Sarah have worked in the Youth Ministry since 2005. Our youth ministry is designed to help our young people ages 12–18 grow and mature in their walk with the Lord. Many life-changing decisions are made in these important years. We are seeking to see our young people build a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through the preaching and teaching of God's Word. It is necessary to give our young people the tools they need to enable them to be the Christian leaders of tomorrow. 

Our youth department has a great balance with instructional time along with fun activities. Every Sunday morning at 10:00 the teens meet for Sunday school, which gives them practical instruction from the Word of God as well as great fellowship. The teens have Bible studies and fun activities alternating every Friday night. 

The teens also may join the Youth Choir which ministers most every Sunday evening. This gives the teens an opportunity to use their talents for the Lord. 

Every year a great effort is put forth by many to provide our teens with a week away for Youth Camp. This is one of the highlights of the year for many of our teens. This gives a chance for our teens to get away from all the distractions that the world offers and give their full attention to the Lord. Many teens have made life-changing decisions during this week that will affect their entire lives.

In November, our church hosts an annual youth conference called "Youth Extravaganza". This is a fun-filled, action-packed 48 hours in which the teens will sing, be challenged in their Christian walk and of course be able to spend their energy on physical activities such as hockey, soccer and other physically challenging games.
